Refund Policy
At Dwellaroq, we want every necklace and ring you choose to feel like the right addition to your collection.
If an eligible product does not meet your expectations, this policy explains our return and refund process.
1. 30-Day Return Period
You may request an eligible return within 30 days after receiving your order.
To qualify for a standard return, merchandise must generally be:
- Unused.
- Unworn.
- Undamaged.
- Unaltered.
- In its original condition.
- In its original packaging.
- Returned with included tags, cards, pouches, boxes, accessories, and components where applicable.
The reference store currently provides a 30-day return period for eligible purchases.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.
If an item arrives:

- Incomplete

Please provide your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
After reviewing your request, we may provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.
The reference store also asks customers to report damaged or incorrect merchandise within 48 hours.
3. How to Request a Return
Step 1 — Contact Us
Email service@dwellaroq.com with your order number and reason for requesting a return.
Step 2 — Receive Return Authorization
Our customer care team will review your request.
If the return qualifies, we will provide the applicable return instructions.
Step 3 — Return Your Jewelry
Pack your jewelry securely and follow the instructions provided by our customer service team.
Please do not return merchandise without authorization.
For non-defective returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless applicable law requires otherwise.
4. Refund Processing
After an authorized return has been received and inspected, approved refunds are generally processed within 3–5 business days.
Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method.
Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time before the refund appears in your account.
The reference store currently states 3–5 business days for its own refund processing and notes that financial institutions may take additional time.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Subject to applicable consumer law, the following products may not qualify for a standard return:
- Jewelry showing signs of wear.
- Products damaged after delivery through misuse.
- Jewelry that has been altered or modified.
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Merchandise missing original components.
- Items returned in a materially different condition.
- Gift cards, if offered.
- Items clearly identified as final sale before purchase.
These exclusions do not override applicable consumer rights relating to defective or incorrectly supplied products.
6. Ring Size Returns
If you order an incorrect ring size, contact us promptly.
Unused and unworn rings may qualify for return within the standard return period.
Availability of an exchange for another size depends on current inventory.

If you would like another design, finish, size, or style, please contact:

8. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee cancellation or modification after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.
9. Return Address
Do not return merchandise directly to our registered business address unless our customer service team specifically instructs you to do so.
Authorized returns may need to be sent to a designated return facility.
The appropriate return address will be supplied after your return request has been approved.
